Quarter beef averages 225lb hanging. Price per pound is $7.50 so approx $1,687.50. This includes cut and wrap.
 
 This is the list of cuts you get in a quarter beef. THE ONLY option is if you want T-Bone steaks or New York strips and tenderloin.
 
Please specify in the notes section of the checkout if you want T-bones or New York Strips and  Tenderloins. Steak cuts are 1 inch thick.

Brisket is not included in a quarter. 
 
  Our beef is raised here on the farm from birth to slaughter. They are with their mamas on pasture all summer and weaned in the fall and fed silage. ( A mixture of chopped, grass, oats, peas and barley. ) For finishing they get the silage with some grain to give the meat marbeling for delicious meals.
 
We do not give hormones or vaccines to our cattle, and antibiotics only in an emergency. Our goal is to keep them healthy from birth to slaughter.
