This is the most tender and delicious roast you will ever eat ! Roast it in the oven ,low and slow, and you will have succulent meat ready to serve for you or your family. You will not be dissapoined !
 
  Our beef is raised here on the farm from birth to slaughter. They are with thier mamas on pasture all summer and weaned in the fall and fed silage. ( A mixture of chopped, grass, oats, peas and barley. ) For finishing they get the silage with some grain to give the meat marbeling for delicious meals.
 
We do not give hormones or vaccines to our cattle, and antibiotics only in an emergency. Our goal is to keep them healthy from birth to slaughter.
