We started raising pork for the same reason as we did beef and chicken. We wanted to feed our family pure clean meat.
 
Ground pork is as versitile as ground beef. From sausage burgers to meat ball or fry some up and add to an egg scramble for breakfast.  
 
As of right now we source our weanlings from a local farmer that raises them on pasture and free to roam with no hormones or vaccines .
 
They come to us and they live outside in the fresh air and sunshine , and are able to root and wallow to their hearts content.
