Ground beef is a versatile meat that can be used is many different ways . Its a go to when you haven't planned anything else ! You can use it for tacos, hamburgers, meat sauce over pasta, heart warming chili, the list is endless!
 
Our beef is raised here on the farm from birth to slaughter. They are with thier mamas on pasture all summer and weaned in the fall and fed silage. ( A mixture of chopped, grass, oats, peas and barley. ) For finishing they get the silage with some grain to give the meat marbeling for delicious meals.
 
We do not give hormones or vaccines to our cattle, and antibiotics only in an emergency. Our goal is to keep them healthy from birth to slaughter.
