We get our chickens processed in an inspected facility. They get chilled for 12 hrs and then packaged and frozen before pickup. They are vacuum-sealed to stay fresh in your freezer. 
 
Our chicken is raised on pasture in shelters that are moved to fresh grass every day. They get fed a grower ration and an organic mineral to keep them healthy as they grow. They are raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics.
